Comfort Policy

Thank you for choosing Mattress Mike for your sleep needs. We truly appreciate your business.

Please review our comfort exchange policy carefully:

• Down payments are non-refundable. Store credit only will be issued.
• Comfort exchanges are only available when a mattress protector is purchased at the time of sale.
• Comfort exchanges may only be requested after 30 days from the original purchase date.
• All comfort exchanges are subject to a 20% fee based on the original mattress price, plus any price difference between the original mattress and the replacement mattress.
• We do not accept comfort exchanges from homes where smoking occurs indoors, including cigarettes or marijuana, as this affects our ability to resell the mattress.
• We reserve the right to deny any comfort exchange for any reason. No exceptions.
• No cash refunds will be given on exchanges. Store credit only.

Warranty Information

Manufacturer warranties will be voided if:

• the mattress has any stains or rips
• the mattress is not used on a proper foundation
• the law tag has been removed
